Boris Serebro is a broadly educated transactional attorney with good business sense.

Prior to founding Serebro Law PLLC, Boris was a partner with Olonoff Asen & Serebro LLP, and an associate with Squadron Ellenoff Plesent & Sheinfeld, LLP, and Wachtel & Masyr, LLP.
